rapid dyeing with large capacity on packages of cotton, polyester
after dyeing and bleaching.
Equipped with high pressure hot air blower to make the hot air
permeates cone yarns through the rods from inside to outside for
rapid and best drying result.
The machine is equipped with high efficient heat exchangers.
The control valve for steam supply is of rationing valve for more
precise temperature control.
Both exit and entry of air have temperature detecting components to
show the live temperature inside the drying chamber.
The whole drying process is controlled by advanced temperature
controller..
Trolleys for packages can offer rapid loading and unloading for
high efficiency.
The drying chamber is of novel construction, low energy consumption
but large output.
